I think I mentioned before I’ve been demotivated and trying out all different kinds of classes and exercise but I’m ready to get back to the hard work again next week.
This week’s training has not been too bad although I think I overdid it on Monday with a 15 min sprint session, then Body Attack and then Body Pump and then Ballet the next day. My legs have been like jelly all week!
I have a program that was created by my PT friend in the UK that I need to get back on track with, so that’s my aim for next week. No more messing about, just knuckling down into hard work.
